Fellow \/ Life Fellow<\/h4>\n\nIf an industrial employee completes 12 consecutive years of membership in the BIEA family since being associated with BIEA activities and he\/she has special evidence of his\/her working skills in Industrial Institutions\/Industrial Factories and have at least a bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher; Such industry employees will be considered as Fellows of BIEA. Or Member \/ Non-member of BIEA but has made outstanding contribution as an industrial employee in the field of employment, at least 12 (times) years of successful work experience in a reputed industrial organization \/ industrial plant and have at least a bachelor&#8217;s or higher degree, such industry employees will be considered as Fellows of BIEA. But should be a Bangladeshi citizen. Fellows can write \u201cF-BIEA\u201d as surname at the end of their last name.\nIt should be noted that the Central Executive Committee will make the final nomination as a Fellow member after properly verifying the application information for the Fellow.\nAfter becoming a Fellow member of BIEA, any Fellow member will be considered eligible for becoming a Life Fellow Member. In that case the designation of membership will be Life Fellow. If you want to become a Life Fellow Member, you have to pay the fixed annual subscription for 12 (twelve) years.\n<br><br>\n<h4>2. Member \/ Life Member<\/h4>\n\nIf have at least 05 (five) years of work experience in industrial establishments \/ factories; such industrial employees will be considered as members of BIEA. But should be a Bangladeshi citizen. Members can enter \u201cM-IEAB\u201d as surname at the end of their name.\n\nAny member after becoming a member of IEAB will be considered eligible for becoming a Life Member. In that case, the title of membership will be Life Member. If you want to become a Life Member, you have to pay the fixed annual subscription of 12 (twelve) years.\n<br><br>\n<h4>3. Associate Member \/ Life Associate Member<\/h4>\n\nIndustrial employees with less than (five) years of working experience in industrial establishments \/ factories will be considered eligible to become Associate Members of BIEA. But should be a Bangladeshi citizen. Associate Member of IEAB can write \u201cAM-IEAB\u201d as surname at the end of the name.\n\nAfter becoming Associate Member of IEAB, any Associate Member will be considered eligible for Life Associate Member. In that case the designation of membership will be Life Associate Member. If you want to become a Life Associate Member, you have to pay the fixed annual subscription of 12 (twelve) years.\n<br><br>\n<h4>4. Donor \/ Patron Member<\/h4>\n\nIf an industrialist \/ an industrial person donates any amount prescribed or in addition to the BIEA&#8217;s Welfare Fund for fund formation to expedite organizational activities of industrial employees working in industrial establishments \/ factories and with a view to improving the quality of life and rehabilitation of industrial employees working in industrial establishments \/ factories, then that person will be considered and honored as a Donor\/Patron Member of IEAB for a period of 03 (three) years (or its multiple).\n\nAs for the welfare of BIEA the donor members will donate a fixed amount of money to the BIEA family in one time; so, Donor Members in the BIEA family will be honored \/ felicitated specially. Donor Members can write \u201cDM-IEAB\u201d \/ \u201cPM-IEAB\u201d as surname at the end of their
